We are looking for an SEO / SEM Specialist who will own our search marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve online visibility. You aren’t just managing keywords; you’re shaping how our brand is discovered online. You will work closely with content creators, analysts, and developers to ensure our marketing efforts are precise, targeted, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute SEO and SEM strategies for websites, campaigns, and landing pages
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms
Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements for site performance
Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to implement SEO best practices
Monitor and report campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights
Optimize landing pages and content for better engagement and conversion
Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3–5 years in SEO, SEM, or digital marketing, with demonstrable results improving search performance.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, link building, and paid search campaigns. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Ads.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex insights in a clear, compelling manner.

Mindset: Pragmatic, results-oriented, and always looking for ways to optimize performance without overcomplicating solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £70,717.69-£98,957.51 per year
