Job Title: In-House SEO Contractor
Location: Biggin Hill
On-site – Monday to Friday (Office-based)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping
Identify growth opportunities across content, technical SEO, and link acquisition
Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure
Implement keyword targeting strategies
Work closely with content, marketing, and design teams to improve rankings
Perform technical audits (crawl errors, indexing issues, site speed, mobile usability)
Collaborate with developers to implement technical improvements
Monitor Core Web Vitals and site health
Track KPIs including organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and engagement
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
Proven success improving organic traffic and keyword rankings
Strong understanding of technical SEO principles
Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in an in-office setting
