We are looking for an SEO Specialist who can take ownership of our search engine optimization efforts and help improve the organic performance of multiple websites and digital campaigns. You aren’t just adjusting keywords—you are building long-term search visibility strategies that drive traffic, leads, and measurable business growth.

You will collaborate closely with content creators, developers, and marketing managers, bridging the gap between technical optimization and compelling content. You are the person who ensures our websites are discoverable, competitive, and aligned with the latest search engine best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Search Optimization:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, search visibility, and website traffic.

Keyword Research:
Identify high-value keywords and search opportunities that align with user intent and business goals.

On-Page Optimization:
Improve meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking structures, and content formatting for better search performance.

Technical SEO:
Conduct audits to identify crawl errors, indexing issues, page speed improvements, and structural optimization opportunities.

Content Collaboration:
Work with writers and marketing teams to ensure blog posts, landing pages, and website content are optimized for search engines.

Performance Analysis:
Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics using SEO and analytics tools.

Competitor Analysis:
Track competitor strategies and identify new opportunities to strengthen search performance.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:
2–4 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or website optimization.

Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO fundamentals, and search ranking factors.

Tools:
Experience with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.

Analytical Skills:
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies.

Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with marketing and development teams.

Mindset:
You are proactive and curious, always exploring new search trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £89,660.73-£122,747.63 per year
