Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SEM Manager to lead and optimise our search engine marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, with a focus on paid search campaigns, analytics, and website optimisation. Duties

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEM campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Analyse campaign performance data using Google Analytics and optimise accordingly to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Conduct keyword research and utilise SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility alongside paid efforts.
Manage website content updates via WordPress or other content management systems, ensuring content is optimised with relevant metadata for search engines.
Use Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager to monitor site health, track user behaviour, and implement tracking tags for accurate data collection.
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and social media content that aligns with brand objectives.
Monitor industry trends and stay updated on the latest SEM tools, techniques, and algorithm changes to maintain competitive advantage.
Oversee metadata optimisation across web pages to improve search engine rankings.
Manage social media campaigns in conjunction with paid search efforts to maximise reach and engagement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in managing SEM campaigns with a strong understanding of Google Ads platform.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and WordPress for website optimisation purposes.
Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant analytics tools.
Solid knowledge of SEO principles including keyword research, metadata optimisation, and content management systems.
Experience in social media management as part of integrated digital marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
