You will be supporting the business by providing expert insight into search performance, customer demand, and visibility quality across traditional search and AI-led discovery experiences.
The role focuses on diagnosing why search performance changes, how customer demand is evolving, and what this means commercially for categories, journeys, and buying decisions.
Additionally, you will work closely with an external SEO agency, this role also reviews, interprets, and prioritises technical recommendations, ensuring they are aligned to business priorities and ROI.
