We are not looking for a social media manager.
We are hiring a results-driven Local SEO & Paid Search Performance Manager focused on increasing qualified leads and improving Google organic and LSA performance.
Responsibilities:
- Local SEO strategy & execution
- Town-specific landing page optimisation
- Google Business Profile & map pack improvements
- Google Local Services Ads optimisation
- Review strategy & keyword optimisation
- Conversion rate improvements
- Weekly KPI reporting (calls, booked jobs, postcode source)
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience ranking local service businesses
- Proven Google Business Profile growth
- Experience managing LSA
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO & internal linking
This is a performance-based role. Success is measured by qualified calls and revenue, not impressions or engagement.
