About You:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an SEO role within an agency environment.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful SEO strategies for clients.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation (including content and EEAT), and off-site SEO.
- Confident delivering technical audits, keyword research, and actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable managing client relationships, leading calls, and presenting insights.
- Analytical mindset, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush (or similar).
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Benefits & Culture:
The business offers a strong benefits and culture package designed to support both your professional growth and day-to-day enjoyment at work. You’ll receive 28 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, along with a flexible hybrid working model from a modern Brighton-based office. There’s a real focus on development, with structured progression plans and regular reviews to help you grow your career, alongside a clear track record of internal promotion. The team is collaborative and social, with regular events, team activities, and company-wide celebrations across the year, including Summer and Christmas parties. Day-to-day, you’ll also benefit from a welcoming office environment with thoughtful perks like artisan coffee, weekly treats, and relaxed breakout spaces.
