Overview
We need someone who understands SEO and paid media inside out and can use that knowledge to lead strategy, own client relationships and oversee delivery across our B2B client base.
You won’t be doing everything manually. Priority Pixels has built AI-powered workflows that handle audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, campaign management and reporting. Your job is to lead the strategy, interpret the outputs, make the decisions and be the person our clients trust to deliver results.
If you can look at an SEO audit and know what matters, review a Google Ads account and spot what needs fixing and then explain it all clearly to a client on a call, keep reading.
What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll be the strategic owner of all search and paid media delivery across our client base. That means:
- Leading SEO and paid media strategy for each client, setting direction and priorities
- Owning client relationships. You’re their main point of contact for all search and paid media activity
- Running client calls, performance reviews and quarterly strategy sessions with confidence
- Reviewing and interpreting AI-generated audits, reports and recommendations, deciding what to act on and what to park
- Making strategic decisions about campaign direction, budget allocation and targeting
- Coordinating our content creators, designers and developers to implement against your plans
- Quality checking all deliverables before they reach the client
- Spotting problems before they become issues and communicating proactively
- Presenting performance data and strategic recommendations in plain English
The AI workflows handle the heavy lifting, such as the analysis, the data crunching and the structured audits. You provide the strategic thinking, the client relationship and the quality control that AI cannot.
What You Need to Understand
You don’t need to do all this manually every day, but you need to understand it deeply enough to lead it, question it and make decisions about it:
- SEO across technical, on-page and content. How they work together, what matters and what doesn’t
- Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Campaign structures, bidding strategies, search term analysis, performance optimisation
- Paid social across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Audience targeting, creative strategy, lead generation
- SEMrush, Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console. Interpreting data and turning it into action
- Enough HTML and CSS to review technical SEO recommendations
- How agencies coordinate across content, design and development to deliver work
What You Need to Be
- A natural leader of client relationships. Confident, clear and trusted
- Someone who genuinely wants to own the outcomes, not just process the tasks
- Comfortable making strategic decisions and standing behind them
- Able to translate technical performance data into language clients understand
- Excited about using AI to deliver better work faster, not threatened by it
- Proactive. You spot what needs doing before anyone asks
- Structured in how you plan, prioritise and manage delivery across multiple clients
- Comfortable working with B2B organisations and regulated sectors
- Able to work autonomously without close supervision

Important Details
This role is based at our office in Newton Abbot, TQ12 2SN. You must be able to commute reliably. This is not a remote or hybrid role beyond the one work-from-home day option.
