The role can be based in one of the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) main offices these are Merthyr, Carmarthen or Llandudno Junction. You can work from a blend of locations, including some time working at home and some time at your agreed office location, depending on business need. As a guide, for most of us who work full-time, this would mean spending on average two days working from an office base in an average week. The agreed office location will be the designated place of work and any remote or home working arrangement does not constitute a change to your designated place of work or contractual terms and conditions. The successful candidate will be expected to pay for their commute to their normal place of work. Travel to other locations that are not your chosen normal place of work will be paid for by CIW.
A reserve list may be held for this opportunity. Any candidate who is successful in being offered a reserve status, will remain on the reserve list for 12 months.
In the event of a large number of applications, an initial sift will be conducted against the lead assessment criterion: Technical 1.
Candidates who pass the initial sift will be progressed to a full sift of the remaining Experience criterion.
Feedback will only be provided if you attend an interview or assessment.
