Website & SEO Specialist
We are looking for a Website & SEO Specialist to join our web team in a large nationwide home maintenance company. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who can help grow our online presence, improve search rankings and support ongoing web development.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SEO and web development, delivering measurable results. Applicants should be able to demonstrate completed projects, including ranking improvements, traffic growth, lead generation and overall business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance
- Manage on-page and local SEO campaigns across multiple locations
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console and other reporting platforms to monitor performance and produce monthly reports
- Create, update and optimise website content using WordPress, ensuring pages are continually SEO-focused
- Plan and execute high-quality backlink campaigns to strengthen domain authority and improve rankings
- Work closely with our established SEO and Web team on wider digital growth strategies
- A bonus would be some experience monitoring and managing Google Ads campaigns
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in SEO and website management
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, content optimisation and link building
- Confident using WordPress to update websites and publish content
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Full UK driving licence and ability to commute daily
Salary & Location:
- £40,000 – £50,000 basic salary, depending on experience
- Office-based role at our Head Office in Wych Cross
- 5 days per week in the office
