We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimisation strategies to enhance our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and support our overall marketing objectives. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and optimise website content to improve search engine rankings.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with organisational goals, including on-page optimisation and link-building initiatives.
- Analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, providing actionable insights to enhance optimisation efforts.
- Manage content creation and editing, including copywriting for web pages, blogs, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns.
- Oversee project management tasks related to SEO campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including management, IT, social media management, and design to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts.
- Utilise Adobe Photoshop and WordPress to update website visuals and content as needed.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads to complement organic growth strategies.
- Monitor competitors’ online presence and industry trends to identify new opportunities for optimisation.
- Lead B2B marketing initiatives by developing targeted content and outreach strategies.
- Maintain organised records of campaign performance metrics using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting purposes.
- Support organisational leadership in strategic planning by providing analysis skills and insights into digital marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO management with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and optimisation techniques.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to coordinate multiple campaigns efficiently.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email marketing platforms.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent copywriting skills tailored for diverse audiences across digital channels.
- Experience in social media management and B2B marketing strategies is highly desirable.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £24,420.00-£51,708.12 per year
