SEO Manager
This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of SEO in a PE backed retail business with an ambitious three year plan to double in size.
You’ll step into a true ownership role, reporting directly to the Marketing Director, with autonomy to shape SEO strategy end to end.
The role
• Owning organic search strategy, delivery and performance reporting
• Turning audit insight into a prioritised, high impact SEO roadmap
• Driving on page optimisation, internal linking, structured data and category improvements
• Identifying and pursuing the keywords, categories and opportunities that matter commercially
• Using data to model opportunity and demonstrate revenue impact
• Working with developers where needed (this is not a technical SEO role)
• Becoming the go to SEO authority within the business
Who this role will suit

You’ll likely have:
• End to end SEO experience in a commercial environment
• A strong commercial mindset - you care about revenue, not just rankings
• Confidence operating as a standalone SEO specialist
• The ability to prioritise effort vs impact and push back when needed
• Experience working with developers and senior stakeholders
• A hands on, pragmatic approach - strategy and delivery go together
Retail or e commerce experience is helpful but not essential. Magento exposure is a bonus, not a blocker.
