Role Overview
As Senior SEO, PPC specialist, you will take full ownership of search performance across our external client base.
Hear Care Direct are building out a separate digital consultancy and are building the initial team. With a current client portfolio, they are looking to rapidly expand and develop the team.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with real autonomy. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and improving SEO and PPC performance end-to-end. You’ll work closely with the founders, who will operate at a higher-level strategy and commercial overview, while you lead day-to-day execution, diagnostics, and optimisation.
Given the nature of the role, you’ll be comfortable working directly within CMS environments — particularly WordPress and ideally development level — and confident navigating site-level issues that sit at the intersection of SEO, performance, and infrastructure. You’ll be trusted to spot issues early — whether that’s an SEO traffic drop, technical issue, or declining PPC performance — and confidently advise clients on solutions, priorities, and next steps.
