The Role

As an SEO Executive, you'll be highly motivated with a strong interest in organic search and the ever-evolving landscape of AI search. You'll have a desire to learn and work in a fast-paced environment and will provide crucial support for the Account Manager and team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career in SEO. You'll work closely with the Account Manager and the wider team, and have a chance to learn from some of the industry's best in an award winning agency and a friendly environment that encourages you to better yourself.

This role would suit someone starting their career in SEO, whether that’s as a graduate or someone looking to transition into digital marketing from another profession. We're looking for someone with the right mindset who wants to learn and really make a difference. Any transferable skills you can bring are simply a bonus.

Responsibilities

As an SEO Executive, you'll get involved in the full spectrum of organic search. Working closely with the Account Manager, your responsibilities could include:

Supporting the creation of high-quality, SEO-friendly content for clients across a range of industries
Assisting with keyword research to identify search opportunities
Helping track and report on SEO performance and rankings
Investigating changes in ranking performance and search visibility
Monitoring competitor activity and search trends
Supporting SEO testing and analysing results to inform future actions
Using platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to gather insights
Supporting Google Business Profile optimisation and local search visibility
Maintaining and updating relevant search directories
Attending client calls and meetings where appropriate
Participating in regular team training and upskilling sessions to stay up to date with the rapidly evolving search landscape
Supporting the team in delivering strategies that optimise for both traditional search engines and AI-driven search experiences

Abilities and Skills

An interest in SEO, digital marketing, and search technology
Some exposure to SEO through study, internships, personal projects, or previous roles is beneficial but not essential
Strong written and spoken English
Computer literacy is essential
Excellent attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
A proactive, self-starter attitude
