The Opportunity
We’re hiring an SEO Executive who already understands SEO fundamentals and now wants ownership, responsibility, and progression.
This is not a junior or trainee role.
This is a delivery-focused SEO position where performance matters.
You’ll be trusted to:
- Execute SEO strategies that drive organic growth
- Take responsibility for client performance
- Work with intent-led, commercially driven SEO
- Adapt to how search is evolving (AI Overviews, AEO, GEO, entity-based search)
If you’re looking for hand-holding or constant instruction, this role won’t suit you.
If you want to grow fast and be judged on results, it will.
Who This Role Is For
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have 2+ years hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
- Understand how SEO supports leads, revenue, and growth
- Can work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Enjoy solving problems rather than escalating them
- Are curious about how search is changing (AI, entities, intent, experience)
Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for executing and improving SEO performance across client accounts, including:
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Conduct advanced keyword and intent research (transactional, informational, navigational)
- Optimise on-page content for rankings, UX, and conversion
- Support GEO & AEO-ready content (structured content, entity alignment, topical authority)
- Implement internal linking strategies that improve crawlability and authority flow
Technical & Performance SEO
- Identify and resolve SEO issues using tools such as:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Ahrefs / SEMrush
- Screaming Frog
- Work with developers and designers to ensure SEO best practice is baked into builds
Authority & Growth
- Support and execute ethical link-building and authority strategies
- Align off-page activity with commercial client goals
- Monitor algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly
Reporting & Insight
- Track rankings, traffic, and performance trends
- Translate data into clear insights and actions
- Produce reports that explain what happened, why, and what’s next
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years SEO experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of:
- On-page SEO
- Search intent
- Content optimisation
- Confident with core SEO tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
- GCSEs Grade C / 4 or above in Maths and English
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Commercial awareness (you understand why SEO matters)
