About The Role
GOTO Events is looking for an AI & SEO Executive who is excited about how AI is changing the way people search, discover and interact with brands online.
This is not a senior specialist role. We’re looking for someone who has experience or strong interest in SEO and AI, and who wants to explore, learn and apply new ideas in this fast-moving space.
Your main focus will be helping our websites perform across the growing world of AI-driven search, from traditional Google results to AI assistants, large language models and emerging discovery platforms.
You’ll be given the freedom to test, learn and help shape how our business evolves into the future of search.
What You’ll Be Doing - AI & SEO Exploration
- Help improve how our websites appear across AI-powered search platforms
- Support SEO improvements across multiple websites
- Explore how content performs within AI search experiences
- Apply new ideas and learning as AI search evolves
Research, Learning & Experimentation
- Test AI tools that support SEO and content optimisation
- Stay curious about emerging trends in AI search and discovery
- Help trial new approaches and share what works
- Work closely with our team to turn ideas into practical action
Website Growth & Visibility
- Support content optimisation and structure
- Help improve internal linking and on-page SEO
- Assist with structured data and technical improvements
- Contribute to increasing visibility across both traditional and AI search environments

Location Requirement
Applicants must be able to work from our Poole office at least three days per week.
