Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist located in Chorley. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for performing keyword research, conducting SEO audits, implementing on-page optimization techniques, developing link-building strategies, and leveraging web analytics to optimize website performance. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance search rankings and organic traffic, ultimately driving business growth and visibility.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Keyword Research and developing effective strategies for target audiences
Experience conducting SEO Audits to identify and rectify issues impacting website performance
Expertise in Link Building and implementing tactics to grow high-quality backlink profiles
Knowledge of Web Analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, for performance analysis and reporting
Strong understanding of On-Page SEO practices, including optimization of metadata, headers, and content structure
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field is a plus
Previous experience in SEO and digital marketing roles is highly desirable
