Marketing, SEO & Website Specialist
LCC (London Construction Contractor Ltd) is a London-based design and construction company specialising in high-end commercial, hospitality, and restaurant fit-out projects across London and the UK.
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Marketing, SEO & Website Specialist to support the company’s digital growth, online presence, lead generation, and brand positioning.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in SEO, WordPress website management, Google Analytics, digital marketing, and content creation, who also has a good commercial understanding of branding and business development.
The Role
The successful candidate will take ownership of LCC’s digital marketing activities, website performance, SEO strategy, online visibility, and marketing content while also supporting wider business development initiatives.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone commercially aware, highly organised, creative, and confident managing multiple areas of marketing and digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Website Management
- Manage and maintain company websites using WordPress
- Improve website SEO performance, Google rankings, and organic traffic
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement SEO strategies
- Optimise website structure, metadata, content, internal linking, page speed, and mobile performance
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and overall user experience
- Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, and related SEO tools
- Track website traffic, rankings, conversions, and marketing performance metrics
- Develop and maintain website functionality using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and content creators when required
- Assist with backlink, authority-building, and content optimisation strategies
- Create, schedule, and manage digital and social media content to improve visibility and engagement
- Monitor analytics and identify opportunities for growth, optimisation, and lead generation
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and digital presence across all platforms
- Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices
Marketing & Content
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote LCC’s services
- Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram
- Create engaging content including project updates, case studies, articles, and visual posts
- Assist with branding and positioning across all digital channels
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and company profiles
- Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Business Development Support
- Research potential clients, projects, and tender opportunities
- Assist with lead generation and client outreach
- Support CRM management and contact databases
- Help improve online enquiries and conversion opportunities
General Support
- Provide general business and administrative support where required
- Assist with coordination of meetings, presentations, and business documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and website management
- Strong experience managing and editing WordPress websites
- Good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, and related SEO tools
- Experience improving website rankings, organic traffic, and online visibility
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, metadata optimisation, keyword research, and content optimisation
- Familiarity with SEO platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Yoast, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website functionality
- Experience with social media management, digital content creation, and online branding
- Ability to analyse website and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proactive, commercially aware, and able to work independently
- Experience within construction, architecture, interiors, hospitality, or property sectors is an advantage
