Job Title: SEO Analyst / SEO Senior Analyst
Clients: Charities and socially positive organisations
Duration: Permanent.
Salary: £30,000 - £44,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: 9am – 5:30pm Mon-Fri (flexible working with core hours 10am-4:30pm)
Holiday: 35 days per annum inc. bank holidays. Increasing to 38 days inc. bank holidays after 2 years.

Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire (London Zone 9, Metropolitan Line) HP5 1PS. Optional 2 days per week remote working.

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented SEO Analyst or SEO Senior Analyst with strong content writing and the ability to analyse website data to join our team.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies across some fantastic charity clients, including some of the largest and most well-known charities in the UK. From volunteer recruitment, to cancer awareness months, you will be well-versed in tailoring strategies to meet a variety of objectives.
You will have an inquisitive, problem solving mindset, good technical skills, strong understanding of data, a keen eye for detail and a hunger to make the world a better place. You will be someone who seeks opportunity and growth, and rises to the challenges of new technologies.
At a more senior level, you will have a passion for helping colleagues and supporting their development, with experience of delivering training and experience in a line manager or mentor role.

The Day-to-Day
Client Strategy and Account Management:
- Developing SEO campaigns aligned to client needs.
- Utilising GA4 and Google Search Console to inform strategy and tactics
- Analysing data to deliver monthly performance insights.
- Keeping clients up to speed with recent SEO trends, including Google updates and third party report/analysis.
- Assessing opportunities to improve client performance and grow accounts.
- Leading by example, supporting junior team members with management of their client accounts.
- At senior level, leading by example, supporting junior team members with management of their client accounts.
Monthly Optimisations:
- Data analysis across trends and updates to understand the context around current performance.
- On-site content optimisation for clients’ priority keywords.
- Off-site optimisation to support GEO and LLMO for clients.
- Digital PR to help improve client awareness and authority across brand, their cause and specific campaigns.
- Monitor technical SEO to ensure sites remain search-optimised.
- Auditing and monitoring Organic Social Media to support wider SEO strategies.
Project Work:
- Providing SEO expertise for website migrations, including pre‑ and post‑launch audits and best‑practice implementation.
- Supporting content strategy across organic social, digital PR, on‑site content, and AI/LLMs for awareness-month campaigns.
- Utilising crawling and indexing tools (such as Screaming Frog and Search Console) to perform Technical SEO audits, then support the client through the recommended optimisations.
- AI/GEO/LLM Opportunity analysis; reviewing client performance across key AI/LLMs and identifying opportunities for them to improve their citations and mentions – aligned with their objectives.
- At senior level, leading across multiple projects, supporting junior team on their own projects at the same time.
Supporting Internal Development
- Continuously improving internal processes and documentation using the latest technologies, new tools and (where appropriate) AI.
- Deliver training to the wider team, covering fundamentals of SEO and more in-depth training sessions covering key strategies and tactics.
New Business:
- Support the company across new business proposals and pitches; providing insights and communicating those to key stakeholders.
Team Development (senior level)
- Managing junior members of the teams to-do’s
- Providing senior team members with regular updates on team capacity and any workload pressures.
- Supporting the team’s development by overseeing their work and offering insight and guidance on their campaigns.
- Leading the continuous development of internal processes and documentation, improving them using the latest technologies, new tools and (where appropriate) AI.
- Delivering training internally to the wider media team, covering fundamentals of SEO and more in-depth training sessions covering key strategies and tactics.

- Requirements
- A passion for SEO with considerable and demonstrable experience.
- Excellent at writing informative and engaging web copy.
- Adept at managing multiple clients, projects and deadlines.
- Able to understand client goals and objectives and keep these front of mind.
- Technically minded and able to solve difficult problems.
- Experience using leading SEO tools.
- Ability to collaborate well with our other departments, including the Paid Media team.
- Adaptability and versatility.
- At senior level, experience of supporting junior members of a team.
- Experience of working in an agency and with not-for-profit organisations / charities is preferable.
