I run a growing WordPress-based store that sells a wide range of physical products. I now need a reliable local PA who can work from home most days yet spend one set day each week in the office with me to keep our online presence fresh and persuasive.
Remote days will revolve around on-site SEO: carrying out keyword research for upcoming items, rewriting or expanding product copy so it scores well in WordPress (Yoast or similar), and reaching out for quality backlinks that lift our ranking. You will also upload new physical products as they arrive—adding images, pricing, variants, and optimised descriptions so they are live and searchable the same day.
During our shared office day we’ll film quick review videos. I’ll demonstrate the item; you’ll capture, top-and-tail edit, write a snappy title and description, then publish to the relevant product page and our social channels.
Key deliverables each week:
- A completed SEO worksheet showing keywords targeted, pages updated, and links secured
- All assigned products live on the WordPress site with fully optimised text and media
- One short, polished video per new product embedded on its page and ready for promotion
You’ll succeed here if you’re organised, confident with WordPress and basic video editing tools, and comfortable appearing on-camera when needed for voiceover or intro snippets.
