About the Role
You’ll take ownership of delivering SEO strategies for a range of local business clients - improving rankings, managing client communication, and collaborating with our team to uphold our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise Local SEO campaigns
- Deliver high-quality on-page SEO, including content optimisation, internal linking, schema markup, and technical improvements
- Manage client communication and build strong long-term relationships
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP opportunity reviews
- Monitor performance using GA4, Search Console, Semrush, Surfer, Moz, and other SEO tools
- Work independently whilst contributing effectively to the wider team
- Help improve internal processes and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Previous agency experience (required)
- Proven track record in Local SEO with demonstrable results
- Strong on-page optimisation skills (examples expected)
- Confident communicator, able to manage client expectations
- Reliable, organised, and capable of independent work
- High attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Passion for self-development and continuous learning
- Motivated to increase earnings through our account-value salary system
- Lives within 45 minutes of our office (South London / North-West Kent)
- Comfortable with a hybrid role (in-office preferred) and up to 2 WFH days
