Elevate Dental Agency is a specialist healthcare media agency working with dental and aesthetics practices across the UK. We help our clients dominate their local markets through long-term visibility, authority and lead generation, combining local SEO, GEO and AI-driven discovery.
We’re now looking for an experienced Senior SEO Executive to lead SEO delivery across our client portfolio.
The Role
This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for the end-to-end management of SEO campaigns across healthcare and some other service/ e-commerce clients.
You’ll lead strategy, execution, reporting and innovation, acting as the main SEO authority within the business.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Delivery
- Own SEO campaigns from onboarding to optimisation
- Develop data-driven strategies for local, national and e-commerce clients
- Lead technical, on-page, off-page and content SEO
- Deliver GEO, AI and LLM-focused optimisation
- Manage audits, keyword research, competitor analysis and link building
- Oversee site migrations and major technical changes
Technical SEO & Platforms
- Optimise WordPress and Craft CMS websites
- Work closely with developers
- Diagnose crawl, indexation, performance and accessibility issues
- Lead schema and structured data strategy, implementation and maintenance
- Optimise Core Web Vitals and site speed
- Work confidently with HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript
Tracking, Reporting & Analytics
- Set up and manage GA4 and Google Tag Manager tracking
- Implement events, goals and conversions
- Maintain Looker Studio dashboards
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports
- Turn data into clear commercial insights
Client & Account Management
- Act as senior SEO contact for accounts
- Present reports, QBRs and strategies
- Manage scope, timelines and expectations
- Identify risks and growth opportunities
- Support and mentor junior team members
Business Growth
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Support pitches and proposals
- Help shape future SEO and AI-led services
About You
Experience
- Exceptional organisational skills
- 3+ years in a senior SEO role (agency preferred)
- Strong local SEO background (healthcare ideal)
- Proven track record of organic growth
- Advanced technical SEO knowledge
- Strong experience with schema and structured data
- Experience working with developers
