We are looking for an SEO / SEM Specialist who will own our search marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve online visibility. You aren’t just managing keywords; you’re shaping how our brand is discovered online. You will work closely with content creators, analysts, and developers to ensure our marketing efforts are precise, targeted, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute SEO and SEM strategies for websites, campaigns, and landing pages
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
- Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements for site performance
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to implement SEO best practices
- Monitor and report campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights
- Optimize landing pages and content for better engagement and conversion
- Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 3–5 years in SEO, SEM, or digital marketing, with demonstrable results improving search performance.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, link building, and paid search campaigns. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Ads.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex insights in a clear, compelling manner.
Mindset: Pragmatic, results-oriented, and always looking for ways to optimize performance without overcomplicating solutions.

Pay: £70,717.69-£98,957.51 per year
