Why This Role Matters
This role is focused on identifying SEO opportunities across European markets, shaping data-driven SEO strategies and delivering optimisation initiatives that improve organic visibility and performance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, UX, content and eCommerce to drive continuous improvement and support business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analysing organic performance and search trends to identify growth opportunities
- Conducting keyword and competitor research across key markets
- Reporting on SEO performance, opportunities and risks
- Turning complex data into actionable recommendations
- Leading technical and content SEO audits and prioritising improvements
- Working with developers and technical teams to implement SEO changes
- Collaborating with UX, content, eCommerce and marketing teams
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across European business units
What You’ll Bring
- Strong technical SEO experience across on-page, technical and content optimisation
- Experience working with JavaScript-based websites
- Knowledge of Google Business Profiles and organic shopping listings
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial insights
- Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive approach to improving SEO performance and staying ahead of industry trends
