Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimisation strategies to enhance online visibility, drive organic traffic, and support our overall marketing objectives. Duties
- Technical SEO: Ensures search engines can crawl, index, and understand a website, including site speed, mobile usability, and structure.
Common SEO Service Offerings:
- Keyword Research & Strategy: Identifying terms that attract the target audience.
- Content Marketing: Creating relevant, engaging content that satisfies user intent.
- Link Building: Earning links from other websites to increase site authority.
- Local SEO: Optimizing for local searches, including Google Business Profile.
- On-Page SEO: Involves optimizing individual pages, including keyword research, high-quality content creation, and proper meta tag usage.
- Off-Page SEO: Builds authority and trust, primarily through high-quality backlink acquisition.
- Audit & Strategy: Regular, in-depth analysis of technical, content, and competitor performance to identify opportunities.
- Reporting & Analytics: Continuous monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) like rankings, traffic, and conversions to refine strategy.
- Develop, execute, and optimize SEO strategies across various digital channels to improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
- Manage website content using WordPress, ensuring SEO best practices are implemented effectively.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other analysis tools; generate reports to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality copywriting tailored for SEO purposes.
- Oversee social media management campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on email marketing campaigns and B2B marketing initiatives.
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop for basic image editing to enhance visual content for online platforms.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads, optimizing ad performance for maximum ROI.
- Lead projects related to SEO and digital marketing efforts, demonstrating strong project management skills.
- Analyse market trends and competitors’ strategies to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain organized records of all optimisation activities and performance metrics.
Experience
- Proven experience in SEO management within a digital marketing environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and WordPress.
- Demonstrated ability in project management with a track record of successfully leading digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience in copywriting, social media management, and B2B marketing is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
