We’re looking for a skilled SEO Specialist who can turn strategy into rankings, traffic, and measurable growth.
This is not a basic checklist role — we want someone who can think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver real results.
This role will begin as a project-based contract, with strong potential for ongoing work based on performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting in-depth keyword research to identify high-opportunity topics
- Creating and executing SEO strategies focused on long-term growth
- Optimising existing content for rankings, CTR, and conversions
- Managing on-page SEO (titles, meta, internal linking, structure)
- Supporting content planning and working alongside writers
- Identifying and resolving technical SEO issues (indexing, structure, speed)
- Analysing performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
- Continuously improving rankings, traffic, and overall content performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven SEO experience with clear, measurable results (traffic growth, rankings, etc.)
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Experience with content-driven SEO strategies
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Strong communication and reliability
Bonus Points:
- Experience in health, fitness, or performance niches
- Understanding of conversion optimisation (CRO)
- Experience scaling content sites or blogs
- Basic knowledge of content marketing or copywriting
Payment & Structure:
- Project-based pay: £800 – £2,000 per project (depending on scope and experience)
- Initial project will focus on:
- Full SEO audit
- Keyword research
- Content strategy / roadmap
- Ongoing work available for the right candidate based on results
- Potential for long-term collaboration and increased project scope
