We're looking for a SEO Campaign Lead to join our SEO team, working closely with a portfolio of clients, our Head of SEO and our founder - you'll help deliver best in class SEO.

Requirements
We’re looking for a SEO Campaign Lead, a senior-level SEO who will work alongside three other Senior SEOs in the team, taking ownership of strategy and delivery for a set portfolio of clients.
This role is perfect for someone who loves getting under the skin of a client’s business, understands the full SEO picture (technical, content and authority) and can confidently drive results.
You’ll be client-facing, commercially aware and capable of delivering end-to-end SEO campaigns with the support of your colleagues and our wider team.
We’re looking for someone who’s as comfortable in a strategy meeting as they are in SiteBulb or Google Search Console. You’ll be a senior member of the SEO team, so we need:
- Proven experience in SEO, ideally agency-side with a track record of delivering results.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge, audits, migrations, site architecture and troubleshooting.
- Experience in content planning and optimisation for search.
- Knowledge of link acquisition best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and face-to-face.
- Commercial awareness; you understand the business impact of your work.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
